Abstract

Common variable immunodeficiency presents complications with its evolution, mainly of an infectious profile; lymphocytic and granulomatous interstitial lung disease is a lesser-known entity that primarily affect the lungs. The most recent evidence indicates that combined immunosuppressive treatments are the ones that achieve the most significant clinical improvement. We present the case of a patient with a long-standing cough who was finally diagnosed with lymphocytic and granulomatous interstitial lung disease and its evolution with the proposed treatment.
