Abstract

Acute spinal cord ischemia is a rare form of presentation of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Clinical presentation begins acutely with clinical presentation of lower limb weakness associated with pain. Despite early diagnosis and elective endovascular surgery, it has a variable prognosis with associated high morbidity and mortality. A rare case of acute spinal cord ischemia due to an abdominal aortic aneurysm is presented.
