Abstract

We expose the case of a 68-year-old male with high comorbidity to highlight DM2, SAHOS and ischemic stroke that enters through unstable angina, during admission he presents an episode of acute cholecystitis, as well as decompensation of his chronic diseases receiving assistance shared between Surgery and Internal Medicine.
