Abstract

It is a corresponding clinical case to a middle-aged man with a constitutional syndrome, intense eosinophilia and liver lesions, where a differential diagnosis and the challenge is the choosing a strategy that will lead to an early diagnosis and to establish the most effective treatment or start an empirical awaiting definitive results.
