Abstract

Man of 49 years old, who consults for asthenia, disorientation, epigastric pain and 22.05 lb loss in 2 months. The laboratory shows Ca ++ 15.7 mg/dL and LDH 10058 U/L. A CT scan of thorax and abdomen was performed, where the presence of lymph node clusters at the mediastinum, retroperitoneum and mesentery were found, and a biopsy showed Diffuse T-cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. In addition, inferior vena cava syndrome and acute kidney injury insufficiency were also detected.
