Abstract

A 60-year-old man who entered Internal Medicine ward due to acute abdominal pain, detected in abdominal CT with intravenous contrast thrombosis of the common hepatic artery, so anticoagulation is started. In the etiological study lupus anticoagulant is detected. During evolution, he requires the placement of a stent by the development of a saccular aneurysm, without presenting other complications.
