Abstract

Cushing's syndrome (CS) is an entity whose most frequent cause is the prolonged consumption of glucocorticoids,
either orally, topically or inhaled. Patients present very characteristic symptoms. Early identification is essential to reduce
the morbimortality caused by this disease. We present the case of a young asthmatic patient who, after 8 years
using inhaled fluticasone propionate (FP), debuted with exogenous CS.We present the case of a young asthmatic patient who, after eight years using inhaled fluticasone, debuts with an exogenous CS.
