Abstract

Endometriosis of the Nuck canal is a very rare pathology that can sometimes lead to malignancy. Its knowledge is
important when making a differential diagnosis of inguinal tumors in women. We present the case of a 43-year-old
woman with a history of endometriosis referred to the Rapid Diagnostic clinic due to a cyclically painful tumor in
the right inguinal region. Suspecting a focus of endometriosis, we requested imaging and biopsy tests, leading to a
diagnosis of endometriosis of the canal of Nuck.
